How do I order?

You can order easily using our online platform. When you find a product you need, you can add it to cart, login and go through the ordering process. After the order is ready, you will receive order summary to your email. Order summary will also be stored to your account.

You can also easily make reorders afterwards by clicking the “reorder” button on any of your previously made orders. After clicking the “reorder” button the cart will open and you can change quantities or products.


What payment methods can I use?

We accept cryptocurrency payment.


What should I do if the payment is not accepted?

Please try again in a little while. If the payment is still not accepted, please verify your account balance. If everything is as it should, but you still can’t make the payment, please contact admin@rhotex.com notify us about the problem. We can manage the order manually.


Do I have to order online?

Yes you can order online. Online ordering is preferred in most cases because by ordering online, you will save time, you will have easier payment process and all the information about the order will be accessible for you anytime. Also if you want to make same order later, you can use “reorder” feature.

 

Can I return a product?

If you want to return a product, please contact admin@rhotex.com providing your order number and Billing address.

 

Can Miner be shipped to my country?

Our products are delivered globally and shipping may take 3-5 business days depending on your location.


Shipping time?

Shipping time will be confirmed on the order confirmation document. I might take 3-5 business days for your order to deliver


Shipping cost?

Shipping cost is free Globally. Rhotex Inc. will bear all cost incured on Shipping and delivery


 

What is the ROI(Return on Investment) of the miner I’m about to purchase?

You can use a mining calculator such as: https://www.cryptocompare.com/mining/calculator to calculate the current rates of the miner. We prefer not to provide these numbers over chat or email, for they change unexpectedly due to the fluctuations of the market.


I preorder a future batch delivery and I am moving houses before then, What can I do?

Please contact support as soon as possible with the new address so we can assist on updating your order before it is shipped. We are not responsible for the product shipping to your past address if you do not inform us of this change prior to it being shipped.
